Got something to say?

Greetings,
I have been in the personal development field for over 20 years, and the interconnectedness the Internet facilitates is just phenomenal. Even in the last 2 years, change has been exponential because of all the social networks.
Goals and dreams and intention and personal effectiveness are all becoming easier and easier to talk about.
Thanks for your post,

I have limited experience in teaching Personal Development courses. At present I am trying to put together a PD program for workers in a mining center. What would be some useful steps that I should consider in designing such a program?
Your advice is highly appreciated.
